How it Works

 

  1. Connect the ethernet and phone cable to the ATA and enable your phones to access our WebCallshop.
  2. Once the hardware and software are configured, you are ready to start your own IP callshop business.
  3. Your customer enters a phone booth and places a call. Additionally they can also use a WebCallshop Soft phone client provided by us to make calls directly from PC.
  4. WebCallshop software identifies the booth and tracks the call details made by the user and calculates the charges incurred. The whole process can be monitored using the software by a shop attendant through a PC.
  5. Once the call is completed, the operator can print the bills for the calls, according to the rates set by you.
